For us, a good morning starts with a glance out the window at nature… and a delicious pick-me-up from our fully automatic coffee machine. We also provide the following:
- In the kitchen: tea, salt and pepper, vinegar and oil, sugar, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets
- In the bathroom: soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, hand towels and bath towels
- In the bedroom: bedding
- Outside the house: Herb garden where you are welcome to help yourself
- A covered garage parking space
- Charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles
- Upon request: Washing machine, dryer, and iron; microwave with grill and bake functions; toaster
- Cozy lounge with large panoramic windows overlooking the mountains and the valley
- If you’re arriving by bus, we’ll be happy to pick you up from the nearest bus stop
- A separate, lockable bike storage room for each apartment
As our guests, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass Passeiertal Premium. This pass grants you free access to the following services:
- Admission to the outdoor pools in St. Leonhard (a 5-minute drive from us) and St. Martin
- Daily round-trip rides on the “Grünboden – Express” cable car in Pfelders
- Rides on all public buses and regional trains in South Tyrol
- Hiking and ski buses in the Passeier Valley
- Participation in the “Alpine Summit Hikes”
- Admission to the valley’s museums and exhibitions throughout South Tyrol
- Use of the bowling alley and tennis court, and much more…
A day in the South Tyrolean Alps starts with packing your backpack. We’ll provide you with the right gear for your adventure, whether you’re exploring on foot, by car, or with the South Tyrol Guest Pass:
- Hiking backpack, hiking poles, lockable bike storage. The bike storage area can be locked separately for each apartment.
- Snowshoes, hiking poles, sleds, lockable ski storage
Your long-awaited vacation is just around the corner, but your bags aren’t packed yet… save space in your car and take advantage of our on-site amenities. This will make your trip here relaxed and hassle-free:
- A small but charming library for bookworms
- Foosball
Good to know
Price
- All prices are per night, excluding breakfast, based on double occupancy per day and a minimum stay of 3 nights, and include final cleaning, the South Tyrol Guest Pass Passeier Premium, as well as electricity and utilities.
- The tourist tax of €2.30 is already included in the price. * The apartment is available for check-in at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. To ensure a smooth check-in, please let us know your approximate arrival time.
- All apartments are non-smoking.
- Dogs are permitted in the Pircher Schnallele apartment only by prior arrangement: additional charge of €20.00 per day. Food not included.

Deposit:
We appreciate your reservation. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit of €200.00 has been paid. You will then receive a written confirmation from us.
Please include your name as the reason for the transfer.

Cancellation
We look forward to welcoming you and are confident that everything will go smoothly. However, unforeseen changes can sometimes arise at the last minute.
Our cancellation policy:
If you cancel up to 60 days before your stay begins, we will refund your deposit minus a €50.00 processing fee. For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of your vacation, we will credit your deposit to you in the form of a gift certificate, minus a €50.00 processing fee.
Up to 14 days before the start of your vacation, we charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the booked travel price, and thereafter
100%.
